Chelsea Transfer News: Pep Chavarría joins Blues fom Rayo Vallecano

Chelsea have confirmed the signing of Pep Chavarría from Rayo Vallecano, with the Spanish left-back joining the club on a long-term contract ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.
