The jersey was worn by Jordan during Game 3 of the Finals against the Utah Jazz, one of the defining series of his legendary career.

Jersey heads to auction
The jersey is scheduled to go on sale through Joopiter, a commercial and auction platform, with bidding opening at 10 a.m. ET on September 15.
The item has been given an estimated value of around $10 million, although the final sale price could go higher depending on the level of interest from collectors.
A sale at that level would put the jersey among the most valuable pieces of sports memorabilia ever offered at auction.
